The age old question for anyone doing a long distance ride or sportive; what do I eat?

I’ve got a new bike!  It was delivered last Friday and it truly is a thing of beauty – graphite gray and magenta, sleek and sophisticated.  And it has disc brakes!

We are little overwhelmed at the enormous response we had to to our recent I CAN TOURO competition!
